Does your jewelry tarnish?

Our jewelry is 14k gold plated and hypoallergenic. This means that the jewelry is tarnish resistant. We recommend that you store your jewelry in the pouches that we provide to ensure that your jewelry lasts as long as possible.

I broke my necklace, do you guys provide repair?

Unfortunately, we do not provide repairs at this time. If your jewelz happen to break, you will have to take them to a jewelry repair shop near you.

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

If you receive the wrong product email us with your order number and we will send you the correct item free of charge!

Can I return my jewelry for a refund?

If you are unsatisfied with your jewelry, we do allow you to exchange them for store credit within 10 days, starting from the time you receive your jewelz. When starting the process you must email us at customerservice@jewelzbyjam.com with your order number and reason for return. The return postage must be paid for by you. Once we receive your product, the gift card will be issued electronically.
